Day 1: Nakuru

The start of your safari experience is Nakuru, which means “Dust or Dusty Place” in the Maasai language. Lake Nakuru National Park, found within the Lake Nakuru National Park is usually home to millions of flamingoes – a bird lover’s haven. This park was established in 1961 and is home to the Black Rhino and Rothschild giraffe, both of which are endangered species. Overnight at the lodge (B,L,D)

Day 2: Maasai Mara

Kenya is definitely the home of the original safari. Even as you head out towards the Mara, you will begin to feel the wild with sightings of animals around. Arrive in time for lunch and check-in before heading out for your first game drive at 1600hrs. If lucky you will get an opportunity to see the ‘King’ of the Jungle among other species such as Elephants, Buffalos, Rhinos, the elusive Leopard and several herbivores unique to this region such as the Topi. Overnight at the lodge (B,L,D)

Day 3: Maasai Mara

From the runways of Milan to Paris, Maasai influence is felt far and wide as is evident in several designers’ collections like the famous Louis Vuitton. On this day you get to explore the Maasai Mara on a full day game drive. Marvel at the beauty of the hills and the plains, not forgetting the Maasai people whose beautiful clothes and beadwork will inspire you. Would it not be magnificent if you owned a piece of the Maasai culture? Well, not to worry you get an opportunity to observe and buy their dresses, beadwork and art. Overnight at the lodge (B,L,D) 

Day 4: Nairobi

Sadly this marks the end of your safari. Check out after breakfast and drive back to Nairobi. You will be transferred to the airport to catch your international flight.

Day 1

On arrival at the JKIA airport at 06:30 hrs you will be met by your driver/guide and depart for safari to arrive Maasai Mara in your Lodge in time for Lunch. Later go for an afternoon game drive.

Full day spent on game activities & game driving in the Maasai Mara which was crowned the seventh wonders of the world.

Day 4

After early game drive and breakfast after which you depart for Nairobi to arrive late afternoon and be dropped at the airport for your 1 hr flight to Mombasa.
On arrival at 17h30 you will be met by a representative from Pinewood Village and transferred to Pinewood Village Resort where you will stay for the following 8 nights on a half board basis including breakfast and dinner.

Day 4-11

Spend your days relaxing by the beach or enjoying the many water sports on offer in and around the resort.

Day 12

Late afternoon a Pinewood Village representative will transfer you back to the Mombasa airport for your Kenya Airways flight back to Nairobi to connect with your Kenya Airways flight back home.

Day 1

Depart from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha via road and stop at the view point where you will view the Great Rift Valley and take beautiful photographs and at this point you will be able to view the Lake Naivasha from a distance. Continue with the safari and arrive in the Park during mid day hours ,transfer to the lodge and have lunch. Leisure continues until 03:00 hrs where you will go for  a drive alongside the lake to view the different bird species that are found in this park and also in this lake there is a hot geysers which their site is beautiful as they shoot to the hot water up to the sky.Later drive to the Hell Gate Park where they are options of Hiking  and mount climbing at an etra cost and prior arrangements have to be done also in the Lake Naivasha there is an option of Hot Baloon Trips on an extra cost and is optional.Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 2

Depart for Lake Nakuru after breakfast via Lake Elementaita.This is where you will visit the Kariandusi museum and other surroundings areas around Lake Elementaita.Arrival in the Lake Nakuru  Park at  lunch hour and take your unch.At 03:00 hrs go for Game drives in the Park that has the greatest bird spectacles in the world and this is also a home for the .This is also where you can only get a chance to see the Rothschild’s giraffe,and the endangered black rhino and also other wild animals.There is an option of mount climbing at an extra cost, that is climbing Mt Longonot,this used to be  a volcanic mountain.Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 3

An early morning Game Drive and back to the lodge for a late breakfast and later drive back to Nairobi.Arrive in the city at 13:00 hrs and transfer to the Hotel for lunch and afternoon leisure.Dinner and overnight rest at the Hotel.

Day 1:

Pick up at 0800hrs from hotel or point of convenience and depart to Amboseli via the Mombasa Road Highway. This is a four hour drive through the Emali route. Arrive in time for check-in and lunch at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge. 

Enjoy your first afternoon game drive of the Amboseli National Park, home to the “big 4” minus the rhino but specifically well known- for its large herds of elephants. Not to be missed is the spectacular Mt Kilimanjaro, commonly referred to as the “Roof of Africa” which can be seen on a clear day.

Day 2:

Full day in Amboseli. We take early morning and afternoon game drives for you to explore this scenic park and the various species of wildlife. We’ll also visit the observation hill for a bird’s eye view of the park. The rest of the day can be spent at leisure.

Day 3:

0630hrs after an early breakfast, we check-out and drive through the park on our way to Nakuru with a brief stop-over in Nairobi for lunch. After  check-out  depart for Nakuru by road. Nakuru is Kenya’s fourth largest and the administrative headquarters of kenya’s Rift Valley Province. 

The town overlooks Lake Nakuru- a lake described by many orthinologists as the home of the greatest bird spectacle in the world i.e. the flamingoes. Arrive in time for late lunch and check-in. Take an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park and return to the lodge for rest and relaxation Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge

Day 4:

We have an early morning game drive after which we depart for a day of sight-seeing within the remaining Rift Valley lakes of Baringo and Bogoria. Only 45 minutes away from Nakuru, there’s plenty of activity to engage in while there among them boat riding in Lake Baringo, visit to the hot water springs in Lake Bogoria as well as photographing more flamingoes found there. Check in to the lodge for lunch and enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 5:

Set off to the famous Maasai Mara game reserve after an early morning breakfast. Arrive at Narok town for lunch (on own arrangements) before proceeding to the Mara for an evening game drive. The Masai Mara is Kenya’s most famous and world renowned park, home of the annual wildebeest migration.

Dinner and overnight is at the Keekorok Lodge.

Day 6:

Spend the whole day game viewing in the Mara with a possibility of seeing the big five. A visit to the Maasai Village is optional. Lunch will be served by the hippo and crocodile infested Mara River usually the amphitheatre of the wildebeest migration. Dinner and overnight is at the Keekorok Lodge.

Day 7:

Sadly, we depart for Nairobi after enjoying a final game drive. We arrive Nairobi for late lunch (on own arrangements) and drop-off at hotel.

Day 1   Nairobi – Samburu 

Depart by road northwards to Samburu National Reserve, home to the “BIG Five” as well as other species of animals unique to this region such as Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx, Reticulated Giraffe and the Somali Ostrich. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and take an afternoon game drive   Overnight in Samburu

Day 2   Samburu

Full day in Samburu. Games drives at Samburu Reserve with a possibility to crossing over to Buffalo Springs Reserve for further exploration. Overnight in Samburu

Day 3   Samburu – Nyeri

We slow down the tempo with a night at The Ark. This tree hotel is built in the shape of the proverbial Noah’s Ark and has a base for viewing game from the watering hole.

Day 4  Nyeri – Nakuru

Depart for Nakuru town which is the administrative capital of the Rift Valley Province. On location is Lake Nakuru an alkaline lake that attracts millions of colourful flamingoes – a haven for ornithologists. Take an afternoon game drive of Lake Nakuru National Park.   Overnight in Nakuru

Day 5  Nakuru – Naivasha

We take an hours’ drive to Naivasha, a largely horticultural town and home to Kenya’s second largest rift valley lakes.

Spend the day at leisure after which we can opt for a boat ride in the afternoon. The lake houses a big number of hippopotamus and over 450 species of birds.

Highly recommended is a visit to Crescent Island, a rare private game sanctuary where you can wander among the wildlife on foot. Herbivores such as waterbucks, impalas, wildebeests, and common zebras are some of the game present here.

Overnight in Naivasha

Day 6    Naivasha – Mara

After breakfast, drive South West towards Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most famous and world renowned park, home of the annual wildebeest migration. After lunch take the first day afternoon game drive.

Key attractions: BIG Five and scores of other wild animals. Enjoy this atmosphere of unusual serenity and good view of animals, an ideal opportunity for photography.

Day 7    Maasai Mara

Take an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast.

(Optional and at own cost) Take an early morning hot air balloon flight for breathtaking views of the open grasslands, crowned with a champagne breakfast in the open bushes

Spend the rest of the day at leisure and return to the park for an afternoon game drive after lunch.

Day 8  Maasai Mara

Another opportunity at the Mara for an adventure. Take early morning and afternoon game drives. Recommended is a visit to the Maasai Village where you get to interact with this community of people and their culture. (Optional).

We catch a flight to Mombasa and spend the day at leisure.

Begin your experience of a Kenya safari at Rhino Watch Lodge. Your first destination will be the Rhino Watch Lodge where you will arrive in time for lunch. The Lodge is located around the Mt Kenya region. Mt Kenya is Africa’s second highest peak and regarded as the realm of Ngai “god” of the local Kikuyu people. Day 3: Naivasha

Day 7-9: Mombasa

You will get to experience these days at your own leisure. Enjoy the walks by the beach or relax as you soak up the sun.

Day 10: Departure | Nairobi 

This sadly marks our final day of fun. You will be transferred to Mombasa Airport for your flight to Nairobi.

Day 1   Nairobi – Amboseli 

We embark on a road trip to Amboseli which lies on the border with Tanzania. This park is famous for its concentration of elephants and scenic beauty dominated by Mount Kilimanjaro – ‘The roof of Africa’ which makes a spectacular view on a clear day.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure and take an afternoon game drive of the Amboseli National Park. Complete the day with a treat of the spa and full body massage at the lodge. Overnight at lodge (B,L,D) 

Day 2   Amboseli – Tsavo West                       

After an early morning game drive, depart by road further south west to Tsavo West National Park. The combined areas of Tsavo East and West National Parks make one of the world’s largest game sanctuaries, larger than Wales in Great Britain or Jamaica in the Caribbean.                       

Take an afternoon game drive of this park home to scores of wildlife including the “BIG Five”. Other attractions include Mzima Springs an underground stream that hosts wildlife which can be viewed from an underwater observatory, Shaitani lava flow, Ngulia rhino sanctuary, as well as the Lunatic Line, the railway line made famous by the “man-eaters of Tsavo”

End the day with complete set of massage and spa as you get ready for dinner. Overnight at lodge (B,L,D)

Day 4   Tsavo West – Mombasa

Day 5  Mombasa

Day 6-8  Mombasa

We take a morning flight to Mombasa and transfer to Mombasa beach hotel after a city tour of Mombasa which includes a visit to Fort Jesus, Mamba Village, “Haller’s Park” – a masterpiece in environmental conservation. Overnight at a Mombasa Beach hotel (B,D)

Day 2 North Coast

The day is spent at leisure in this beautiful stretch of white sands less than one hour’s drive from the famous port of Mombasa. You may opt for a lunch cruise on the famous Tamarind Dhow. Overnight stay at a Mombasa Beach Hotel (B,D)

Day 3-6 North Coast – Watamu

After breakfast we check out and embark on a journey south towards Malindi. Our destination is Turtle Bay Beach Resort in Watamu where for the next few days you will spend your days at leisure either relaxing by the beach, engaged in water sports like scuba diving, surfing or exploring the nearby nature trails and historic ruins. Day 7 Watamu – Nairobi

After check out from Turtle we transfer to Malindi Airport for our mid-morning flight to Nairobi. Highly recommended is dinner at the world renowned Carnivore Restaurant before proceeding to the airport for your flight back home.
