Trip Itinerary
Arrive in Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital, where modern city life meets deep African heritage. You’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, explore the Karen Blixen Museum, feed gentle giraffes at the Giraffe Centre, or visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Sanctuary to meet baby elephants rescued from the wild. In the evening, unwind and enjoy a taste of Kenyan hospitality with a local or international dinner experience.
After breakfast, depart Nairobi and descend dramatically into the Great Rift Valley — a geological wonder stretching from Lebanon to Mozambique. Stop at scenic viewpoints for breathtaking views of the escarpment before arriving in Lake Nakuru National Park. Afternoon game drive introduces you to Nakuru’s treasures: endangered white and black rhinos, elegant Rothschild giraffes, and flocks of pink flamingos painting the lake’s shores. Leopards and lions can also be spotted blending into the acacia forests.
Enjoy an early morning game drive as the park awakens with golden light. Watch pelicans glide across the shimmering waters, and marvel at waterbucks and zebras grazing freely. Later, enjoy leisure time or an optional visit to the nearby Menengai Crater — one of the largest calderas in the world, offering stunning panoramic views of the Rift Valley.
After breakfast, drive southwest to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, the heart of untamed Africa. En route, you’ll pass rolling plains dotted with acacia trees and colorful Maasai villages. Upon arrival, enjoy your first thrilling game drive in the reserve — where lions bask in the sun, elephants stroll majestically, and cheetahs scan the plains for prey. As dusk settles, the Mara comes alive with dramatic sunsets and the calls of the wild.
Today is dedicated to exploring the vast savannahs of Masai Mara. Witness nature at its grandest — from prides of lions and stealthy leopards to massive elephants and herds of buffalo. If you’re visiting between July and October, experience the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the Seven New Wonders of the World. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the Mara River as you watch hippos and crocodiles basking under the sun.
After a leisurely breakfast, visit a traditional Maasai village to experience their rich culture, colorful attire, and rhythmic dances. Learn about their fascinating customs, warrior traditions, and the deep connection they share with their cattle and land. In the evening, embark on a sunset game drive — perfect for capturing golden-hour photos of elephants, gazelles, and perhaps a hunting lion. End your day with a bonfire dinner under the starlit African sky.
After breakfast, bid farewell to the Mara and journey south to Amboseli National Park, famously known for its large elephant herds and the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Arrive in time for an evening game drive, where you’ll spot elephants silhouetted against the snow-capped mountain, flamingos wading in shimmering lakes, and hyenas on their evening patrol.
Rise early for a spectacular sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro — a perfect photo moment. Spend the day exploring Amboseli’s open plains and swampy areas that attract buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and countless bird species. In the afternoon, visit a nearby Maasai community to learn about their daily life, beadwork, and music — a warm reminder that the heart of Kenya beats not only in its wildlife but also in its people.
After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely drive back to Nairobi with a stop for last-minute souvenirs or scenic photos. You’ll be dropped at your hotel or the airport for your onward flight — carrying memories of thundering hooves, fiery sunsets, and the warmth of Kenya’s people forever in your heart.
